Summary of Duties

Duties and Responsibilities:

Able to contact and maintain existing customer base.

Increase the existing sales channel by attracting new customers.

Able to travel on occasion to meet with customers at an offsite location.

Able to attend and positively represent the company at trade shows & expos.

Answer customer calls and inform about product capabilities and accessories.

Understand and stay current with similar products in the marketplace.

Process Sales transactions.

Provide Customer Service and communicate effectively and professionally.

Participate in market research to help guide the companies direction.

Qualifications

1 - 3 years of recent experience in sales.

Must be fluent in English, additional language skills a plus.

Strong communication skills in both oral and written communications with all levels of personnel.

A positive attitude, and able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Experience in customer service and/or office sales environment a plus.

Capable to interact, develop, and maintain new and existing client base.

Bachelor's degree, additional college course work a plus.

Basic computer knowledge especially using Windows 2000/XP, MS Office/Outlook, MS Excel, MS WORD, etc.
