    Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Help Sales Specialist Process orders to be entered into accounting software.
  • Assist with basic customer service over the phone and in person.
  • Input company data into internal software.
  • Light filing.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
  • Qualifications
  • Detail oriented able to multi-task with minimal direction.
  • A positive attitude, and able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Able to type 30 ~ 40 words per minute minimum
  • Experience in customer service and/or office sales environment a plus.
  • Must be able to process sales orders
  • Basic computer knowledge especially using Windows 2000/XP, MS Office/Outlook, MS Excel, MS WORD, etc.
