Vinpower's Sales Policies, Terms, and Conditions*

*Disclaimer: The following warranty details apply to North America only. For territories outside of North America, you should contact your Vinpower representative to obtain complete warranty details.

Warranty Policy:

Vinpower warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship.

Vinpower will for one year, at its option, repair or replace at no charge for parts and labor from the date the product was purchased from an authorized Vinpower reseller.
  • Vinpower reserves the right to determine the validity of all warranty claims.
  • Warranty is void if the product serial number or warranty sticker has been altered or removed.
  • Warranty is void if the product has been misused or damaged or if evidence is present that the product was altered, modified, or serviced by an unauthorized service center or representative.
  • Vinpower will provide return shipping or freight on repaired products that are within the first year of its warranty, given that the destination address lies within the continental USA.
The above stated warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Vinpower will not be liable for any other damages or loss, including incidental or consequential damages and loss of profits or revenues from whatever cause, including breach of warranty or negligence.

All products have been thoroughly tested and inspected at the factory prior to shipment. Nevertheless, it's incumbent for the recipient to inspect their product completely for any damage or loss of parts that may have occurred during shipment upon receipt. Notify the delivering carrier promptly if damage claims are to be filed.

Return Policy:

Defective Product: To return defective Product during the Warranty period, a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number must be requested from Vinpower's Technical Support at (626) 282-5300 prior to returning any Product to Vinpower. Vinpower will require the following information in order to process the request for an RMA:
a. Company name, telephone and fax numbers, and name of a contact person
b. Original invoice number for the Product to be returned
c. Item number, description, quantity, and unit price
d. Explanation of the problem with the Product and reason for return

RMA numbers issued by Vinpower will only be valid for fifteen (15) days from the date of issue. The RMA number must be prominently displayed on all shipping cartons containing returned Product.

For defective Product which is being returned for Credit or Replacement, the Product must be shipped to Vinpower freight pre-paid in the original packaging and must include all accessories, manuals, and packing material. Defective Product which is returned for Repair must include only the item(s) for repair. Vinpower will not be responsible for return of non-defective accessories or other material after completion of any repair(s) of defective Product. Vinpower will not be responsible for any non-warranty damage caused to the Product prior to its return to Vinpower.

Non-Defective Product: Non-defective Product returned to Vinpower for Credit must be shipped to Vinpower freight pre-paid in the original packaging and must include all accessories, manuals, and packing material. A restocking fee of up to thirty percent (30%) may be charged for all non-defective Product returned in good condition within thirty (30) days of the original invoice date. No refunds will be made for product returned after thirty (30) days from the date of the original invoice. Vinpower will not be responsible for any non-warranty damage caused to the Product prior to its return to Vinpower and will not refund or credit any freight paid to return the non-defective product.

All decisions regarding any return or refund will be made by Vinpower Technical Support at its sole discretion.

Vinpower reserves the right to modify or update its product without obligation to replace any equipment delivered prior to any such change.

Pricing:

All products will be shipped at the price in effect as of the date of shipping. Vinpower reserves the right to change the prices of the product without prior notice.

Payment Methods:

Vinpower accepts the following methods of payment upon approval from Vinpower's accounting department: Company Check (upon approved credit terms), Wire Transfer, Cashier Check, or Credit Card. Credit card payments may incur an added fee, which could range from 3% ~ 4% of the transaction costs, based on the fees charges by the issuing credit card institution.

Unless the customer has established credit terms with Vinpower, all orders are to be paid in full prior to shipment. Vinpower, at its sole discretion, may revoke or deny the acceptance of any payment method if potential fraud or misrepresentation of one's ability to pay comes into question.

Multiple Product Orders:

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Vinpower reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions:

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Vinpower signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Vinpower shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, Vinpower shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Vinpower shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
