Summary of Duties
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Able to contact and maintain existing customer base.
  • Increase the existing sales channel by attracting new customers.
  • Able to travel on occasion to meet with customers at an offsite location.
  • Able to attend and positively represent the company at trade shows & expos.
  • Answer customer calls and inform about product capabilities and accessories.
  • Understand and stay current with similar products in the marketplace.
  • Process Sales transactions. Provide Customer Service and communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Participate in market research to help guide the companies direction.

  • 1 - 3 years of recent experience in sales.
  • Strong communication skills in both oral and written communications with all levels of personnel.
  • A positive attitude, and able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Experience in customer service and/or office sales environment a plus.
  • Capable to interact, develop, and maintain new and existing client base.
  • Bilingual a plus, especially in Spanish and/or Mandarin.
  • Some college course work a plus. Basic computer knowledge especially using Windows 2000/XP, MS Office/Outlook, MS Excel, MS WORD, etc.
