Vinpower Digital 1-Year Warranty

Below is the one-year warranty included with this Vinpower Digital, Inc. product. Vinpower Digital prides itself on its outstanding product line and its technical support. If for some reason, your product fails, Vinpower Digital stands behind its warranties and assures you the best service possible in a quick and timely manner.

Vinpower Digital warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship.

Vinpower Digital will for one year, at its option, repair or replace any non-consumable parts at no charge for parts and labor from the date you purchased the product from an authorized Vinpower Digital reseller. Repaired or replacement parts may not be new, but will be in good working order and of like kind and functionality.

  • Vinpower Digital reserves the right to determine the validity of all warranty claims.
  • Warranty is void if the product serial number or warranty sticker has been altered or removed.
  • Warranty is void if the product has been misused or damaged or if evidence is present that the product was altered, modified, or serviced by unauthorized service people.
  • Vinpower Digital will provide return shipping or freight within the continental USA only for products that are within the first year of its warranty.
  • On-site repair, Rapid Exchange replacement, extended warranties and other Maintenance Contracts are available for an additional fee.

The above stated warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Vinpower Digital will not be liable for any other damages or loss, including incidental or consequential damages and loss of profits or revenues from whatever cause, including breach of warranty or negligence.

This product has been thoroughly tested and inspected at the factory prior to shipment. Nevertheless, inspect your product completely for any damage or loss of parts that may have occurred during shipment. Notify the delivering carrier promptly if damage claims are to be filed.

Vinpower Digital reserves the right to modify or update its product without obligation to replace any equipment delivered prior to any such change.

Vinpower Digital 2 Year Limited Warranty

Vinpower Digital, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Vinpower Digital will for the first year, at its option, repair or replace at no charge for all parts and labor from the date you purchase the product from an authorized Vinpower Digital reseller. Also, Vinpower Digital will for the second year, at its option, repair or replace at no charge for all parts and labor except for optical recorders, optical readers or hard drives from the date you purchase the product from an authorized Vinpower Digital reseller.

  • Vinpower Digital reserves the right to determine the validity of all warranty claims.
  • Warranty is void if the product serial number and/or warranty sticker has been altered or removed.
  • Warranty is void if the product has been misused or damaged or if evidence is present that the product was altered, modified or serviced by unauthorized service people.
  • Vinpower Digital is not responsible for any freight or shipping charges to or from our depot during or after the 2nd year warranty period.

Vinpower Digital Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions

Vinpower Digital, Inc. ("Vinpower Digital") warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship. Vinpower Digital, at its option, will repair or replace at no charge parts and labor for the duration of this extended warranty. This extended warranty begins on the date you purchased the product from an authorized Vinpower Digital reseller. This warranty is valid only for products which are operated in normal office environment conditions. This warranty covers products purchased and used in the United States and Canada.

  • Vinpower Digital reserves the right to determine the validity of all warranty claims.
  • Warranty is void if the product serial number and/or warranty sticker has been altered or removed.
  • Warranty is void if the product has been misused or damaged or if evidence is present that the product was altered, modified or serviced by unauthorized service agents.
  • Warranty does not cover items which are considered to be maintenance. Maintenance includes, but is not limited to, ink cartridge replacements, print head replacements, and general cleaning.
  • Vinpower Digital is not responsible for any freight or shipping charges to or from our depot during or after the extended warranty period.

This extended warranty is voided if the product fails to be properly maintained, or fails to function as a result of misuse. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, abuse, improper installation, neglect, duty cycle abuse, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as flood, fire, lightening, improper electrical current, and / or interaction with non-Vinpower Digital products. Damage caused by debris or contamination can result in the warranty being voided. Duty cycle varies between product models.

For specific duty cycle limitations, call Vinpower Digital's Technical Support at (626) 282-5300. This product has been thoroughly tested and inspected at the factory prior to shipment. Nevertheless, inspect your product completely for any damage or loss of parts that may have occurred during shipment. Notify the delivering carrier promptly if damage claims are to be filed.

The printer warranty only includes one print head replacement, if needed, per year. Any additional required replacement of the print head beyond the one per year will incur fees related to the set rates of replacing the print head at that time.

Vinpower Digital Rapid Exchange

After Vinpower, Inc. ("Vinpower") tech support confirms the system's hardware error, Vinpower will ship a replacement refurbished system or component to be delivered within 2 business days if applied prior to 12 noon pacific time. The customer is responsible for setting up the replacement system or installing the replacement component and packaging up the defective item to be returned. The defective item(s) should be properly packed up and shipped back to the manufacturer within five (5) business days after they received the replacement. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and making sure that the returned items arrive on time and intact. The Rapid Exchange program is limited to the USA, interest in a rapid exchange program outside the USA, should consult with authorized representatives from within the region the product will be sold and used.

The printer warranty only includes one print head replacement, if needed, per year. Any additional required replacement of the print head beyond the one per year will incur fees related to the set rates of replacing the print head at that time.
